This technology allows images to be captured at high-resolution. The digital images are then able to be remotely viewed, analysed and reported on by radiologists. How does telereporting work?
Our radiographer takes x-rays on-site in your practice rooms, then the films are digitally uploaded to a cloud storage facility. Shire Radiology’s radiologist then securely downloads the digital films, reviews them and completes an electronic report within 24 hours that can be digitally sent or emailed directly to the referring practitioner. The security and anonymity of data is of the highest priority.
